What data we collect
Account details (name, email), child profile details (name, birth year/age, level, interests), city, family plan and calendar entries, chat exports you upload to Kitto Find, and messages you send to the assistant and the LGS coach.
Why we collect it
Only to provide the service: turning school announcements and parents' group messages into key dates, payments and to-dos, building your family plan and calendar reminders, and tailoring assistant and LGS coach replies to your child.
Children's data
Child profiles are created and managed only by a parent or guardian. Children's data is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared for profiling.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We only use infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, database, AI and email). With family sharing, a parent you invite can see and edit the child profiles and family plans once they accept; your Oi chats and the files you upload to Kitto Find stay private to you. You can remove a member or leave the family at any time.
Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, children, plans and calendar data are permanently removed. If you share your family with another parent, the shared child profiles and family plans stay in their account; only your own data is deleted.
Your rights
You can edit your details from the Profile screen and delete your account and all data from within the app. Notification consents are separate and can be turned off at any time.
AI features
Kitto Find, the assistant, the LGS coach and the Homework & Project Assistant send the content you submit to an AI provider to generate a reply. AI output is for information and planning only and is not medical, legal, psychological or educational advice. Nothing is added to your plan or calendar without your approval.
